Terahertz solutions in modern quality control
In contrast to conventional measurement methods, terahertz waves can penetrate non-conductive materials in a non-contact and non-destructive way, but they are
partially reflected at each boundary layer. This means that each individual layer of a multi-layer system can be analyzed using intelligent evaluation methods.
Our TeraVISUS measurement system offers solutions for high-precision thickness analysis and quality control of single and multi-layer systems. They are based on the
intelligent evaluation tools of the COATera-X series for terahertz waves, which can be used in both transmission and reflection for precise
• layer thickness measurements,
• quality control (conductivity, etc.),
• analysis of material parameters,
• spectroscopy applications.
Laser Micromachining
Laser microprocessing with ultrashort pulsed lasers. We offer feasibility studies, prototyping and small series production.
